The promotion meeting for Aurashu Teflon pipe fittings series products was successfully held

On August 26th, the Aurashu Coated Duct Division held a promotion event for its Teflon pipe fittings series at the Regal Conbo Hotel. Representatives of the heads and marketing elites from various business divisions of the group gathered together to witness this grand event. General Manager Yang Yong of the group attended.

Product Introduction of Teflon Pipe Fittings
Teflon, also known as Teflon in English, is a special type of pipe made from ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer (ETFE, commonly known as Teflon or Plastic King) through extrusion sintering, followed by drying, high-temperature sintering, and shaping processes. It is widely used in important scientific and technological industrial fields such as machinery, electronics and electrical appliances, automobiles, aerospace, chemical engineering, computers, electric heating, military, and communication.
Product advantages:
1. Safe and reliable: The material of the air duct is SUS304 or SUS316L, which will not be damaged by the leakage of chemical liquids or the impact of hard objects. Even in the event of a fire, it will not burn, melt or collapse.
2. Acid and alkali resistance: Compared with PP, PVC and FRP air ducts, our product has an extremely strong chemical resistance. The TeflonR coating sprayed on its surface is a highly corrosion-resistant material that can resist the erosion of various strong acids and alkalis used in industry.
3. Easy to install: The air duct provides various pipe fittings of ≥Φ100, and is equipped with accessories of various proportions to match the designed system. There is no need to cut or grind on the installation site. At the same time, pipe fittings can be customized according to customer needs. The pipe fittings can be directly sent to the construction site for assembly without additional cutting, welding, grinding or sandblasting work.
4. Low cost of purchase and maintenance: It can be widely installed in environments without fire protection devices and is the best air duct for anti-corrosive gases. It can reduce the cost of purchasing, maintaining and installing fire extinguishing equipment, lower fire protection costs, and prevent the exhaust system operation from being interrupted due to a fire, thus avoiding losses.
5. High quality: After the air duct products are sprayed, a DC electric spark tester is used for pinhole testing to check that the surface is fully coated without any pinhole defects. The product is coated with Chemours TeflonR paint inside, and all connection points of the product are sealed with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) elastic sealing tape.
